Air Conditioning Inspections
Deadline day has passed. Inspections should have been completed by the 4th January 2011.
Buildings account for almost half of the energy consumption and carbon emissions in the UK.
The air-conditioning used in your building can amount to a third of your annual electricity cost.
Older, oversized or poorly maintained air conditioning systems may be using more energy and

require regular inspections by an accredited engineer at intervals of not greater than 5 years.
