Step 4: Manage Energy Consumption

Managing energy is fundamental to all successful energy management programmes. energyTEAM will assist your business in developing and implementing an energy and carbon plan, including guidance on formulating a comprehensive metering strategy, defining achievable but challenging energy reduction targets and ensuring the right people are on board with the knowledge and support from the whole business to drive the plan forward leading to financial savings through the efficient use of energy.

Step 3: Reduce Energy Consumption

The main emphasis will be on implementing change to reduce energy consumption and the associated CO2 emissions. We will work alongside and agree with you which energy saving measures/projects to implement that have been identified within the detailed energy management report, taking into account the organisations investment budget and payback expectations.

Step 2: Detailed Energy Management Report and Exploring Grants & Loans

Compilation and presentation of an energy management report with detailed action plan. This provides an assessment of the potential energy/carbon reductions along with details of the specific measures required for implementation providing illustrative costs. In addition we will review potential avenues of funding sources including grants and interest free loans.

Step 1: Energy Audit

Through our bespoke energy surveys we are able to take on board the differences in shape, size and age of the buildings across the estate and then look at what products will best fit and add value to your business. We will assess the overall energy demand and key areas of energy consumption and analyse the potential of renewable energy opportunities and technologies such as CHP, Solar PV, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Wind.
