Grants and Loans
Did you know that every year millions of pounds are made available to UK organisations in the form
of free loans and grants, to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
The good news is that most companies can apply for a number of different schemes. The bad news is that the
onus is on the businesses to find out what’s on offer, to keep up to date with what's new and to apply for them themselves.

How do I qualify for Funding?
• Firstly you need to evaluate you company's energy usage through an energy audit.
• Then compile an energy management report with detailed action plan that provides
an accurate
assessment of the potential energy/carbon reductions along with details of the
specific measures
required for implementation providing illustrative costs.
Funders won’t give you money unless you
  provide a detailed report.
• Finally explore potential grants and funding available for your organisation.
