Effective measuring of energy usage is a pre-requisite for effective energy management. We provide graphical analysis of all our half-hourly client's electricity usage via password protected access on our website.
Utility invoices are often checked and passed by an accounts department who has little or no working knowledge of how they are calculated. We can provide a verification invoice for clients based on current contract rates and half-hourly data via password protected access on our website. This provides a very simple independent check on the invoice before it is due for payment.
There is no cost to our clients for this service.

Providing we are able to obtain up to date data* we can provide you with an estimate of each half-hourly metered sites invoice at the beginning of every month, allowing the accounts department an easy method of checking the half-hourly electricity invoice when it arrives, and passing it for payment.
Identifying anomalies is only the first step The important factor is the ability to resolve the problem. energyTEAM are in contact with the utility companies every working day of the year. We know who to contact and what to do to resolve any errors.
We will arrange for accounts to be amended or refunds issued with the minimum of delay.
* We have made arrangements with IMServ, the countries biggest data collector to obtain up to date data on behalf of all our clients. Changing data collector involves no additional cost.
Monitoring & Targeting
Our Monitoring and Targeting service is a valuable management tool to effectively manage energy usage. Using half-hourly data sourced by ourselves, we are able to provide profiles and graphical analysis of monthly electricity usage at individual sites via password protected access on our website.
