energyTEAM, the trading name of T&M Team Analysis Ltd., has been advising businesses across the UK on their energy purchasing for nearly 30 years.
The team is made up of people with diverse skills carrying out a wide range of roles - but all focussed on meeting the needs of our clients. Our people are involved in sales, telesales, account management, IT, administation and energy conservation - among other things- with each role requiring a different blend of experience and knowledge.
For all these roles we seek people who are enthusiastic, flexible, customer-focussed team players, committed to providing service excellence and delivering to tight deadlines.
energyTEAM people are normally employed on full-time contracts, although occasionally we are able to accomodate part-time working. We regularly sub-contract certain tasks, such as carrying out Energy Opportunity Surveys, to appopriately qualified and vetted individuals. Each year we employ a student from an IT discipline for their work-experience/sandwich year. The majority of our team is based in our Head Office in Burgess Hill, while some of our sales people and engineers are home-based.

NON RESIDENTIAL ENERGY ASSESSORS Sub Contract Basis UK wide
energyTEAM customers are expressing more interest in taking non residential energy performance and display energy certificate services from us than our in house energy assessors can cover. We are looking to increase our panel of sub contract non residential energy assessors who are accredited to provide both display energy certificates and energy performance certificates to levels 3, 4, and 5.
Unlike the domestic market where the uptake of certification was slow resulting in many energy assessors failing to make a return on their training investment the non residential market is boosted by the fact the public sector have to have display certificates as well as all non residential buildings that are constructed, sold or let during 2008 onwards
